איסוף, שמירה ושימוש בנתונים אישיים
מטרת איסוף ועיבוד הנתונים האישיים היא להבטיח תקשורת יעילה עם המשתמש בהקשר של דיון ו/או מתן שירותים על ידי הארגון, וכן לצורך שליחת הודעות מידע למשתמש על שירותים, הצעות ואירועים של הארגון, לרבות תכנים פרסומיים.
הארגון רשאי להשתמש במידע אישי לניתוח נתונים פנימי במטרה לשפר את שירותי הארגון, כמו גם לשפר את האינטראקציה עם המשתמש.
נתונים אישיים הם כל מידע המתייחס לאדם מזוהה או ניתן לזיהוי באופן ישיר או עקיף (נושא הנתונים האישיים) וניתן להשתמש בו לזיהוי אדם מסוים או לצורך יצירת קשר עמו.
הארגון רשאי לבקש מהמשתמש נתונים אישיים בכל רגע שבו המשתמש יוצר קשר עם הארגון. הארגון רשאי להשתמש בנתונים אלה בהתאם למדיניות פרטיות זו.
הנתונים האישיים שהארגון אוסף כוללים את המידע הבא על המשתמש, אך לא רק:
• שם פרטי ושם משפחה
• מספר טלפון
• כתובת דוא"ל
נתונים אישיים עשויים לכלול גם נתונים נוספים המסופקים על ידי המשתמש לפי בקשת הארגון במטרה למלא את התחייבויות הארגון כלפי המשתמש.
נתונים אישיים של משתמשים אינם מועברים לכל צד שלישי, למעט מקרים הקבועים במפורש על פי חוקי מדינת ישראל.
המשתמש יכול בכל עת לבטל את הרשמתו לדיוורים של הארגון על ידי שימוש בקישור מיוחד המצורף לכל הודעה של הארגון.
PRIVACY POLICY
Collection, storage and use of personal data
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to effectively interact with the User in connection with the discussion and/or provision of services of the Organization, as well as for the purpose of sending the User informational messages about the services, offers and events of the Organization, including advertising.
The Organization may use personal information for internal data analysis in order to improve the Organization's services, as well as to improve interaction with the User.
Personal data means any information related to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data) and which can be used to identify a specific individual or contact him/her.
The Organization has the right to request personal data from the User at any time when the User contacts the Organization. The Organization may use such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The personal data that the Company collects includes, but is not limited to, the following information about the User:
• last name, first name
• phone number
• email address
Personal data may also include additional data provided by the User at the request of the Organization for the purpose of the Organization fulfilling its obligations to the User.
The personal data of Users is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the current legislation of the State of Israel.
The User may at any time unsubscribe from the Organization's mailings by using a special link provided with each message from the Organization.
